Tubifera ferruginosa

Description

Common Name: Raspberry slime mold

 Should be bright raspberry red in color and have distinct sporangia. It also tends to fruit in raspberry sized bodies. There is another slime mold that looks similar but is paler flatter and has indistinct sporangia. This is Dictydiaethalium plumbeum.
