Here is a quick and easy appetizer using the ever popular Avocado.

 1 lb Button mushrooms
 1 Avocado, chopped
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 2 tbsp Red onion, chopped
 1 tbsp Rosemary, chopped
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 0.25 cup Nuts optional

Remove stems of button mushrooms, sprinkle with olive oil and bake 10 min. at 400.

Mix the remain ingredients and stuff into mushrooms.
