Meet WPMC Officer Cecily Franklin at the Pennsylvania Avenue entrance to Dark Hollow Woods. Choose either the level Memorial Trail loop or the more adventurous Spring Trail down into the hollow. NOTE: There are no restrooms at Dark Hollow Woods.
