Bob Sleigh will be giving a presentation on Morels and leading a walk at Pine Ridge County Park. This is joint with Friends of the Parks.
Morels are one of the most sought after and elusive mushrooms. Slides will illustrate Morels as well as poisonous look-a-likes. Proper cleaning, storing and cooking techniques will be covered.
Although pre-registration is required by the Friends of the Parks, the event is Free. Pre-registration is required at 724-463-8636.
