Meet club identifiers Dawn Wehman and Beth Ace at Oil City State Park Bike Trail, Southern Terminus Parking. Parking is permitted on either side of the bridge near the pin drop but you must walk across the closed bridge. Beth and Dawn will be watching for attendance to arrive from both sides of the closed bridge.
