I wish we had better directions for people who are not from the area and need gps to get to places.

Sorry to hear that you could not find the starting point for the walk. Unfortunately in this case we did not have any additional information on the starting location and the website administrators who entered the event had not been to the site before. We try very had to either give written directions or an address that you can plug into a GPS. Sometimes it is difficult to provide an exact address especially of the meeting point is in a park. We will look into providing exact GPS coordinates in the future where this is the case.
