hello~ do we need to reserve a spot for the monthly meeting on May 16?
No you don’t need to reserve a spot but you do need to bring your membership card if you wish to receive a kit.
thank you!
Hi,
My wife and I were thinking about coming to a meeting. We aren’t members, but enjoy learning about mushrooms as well as collecting them to try to identify. Would we be able to stop in sometime?
This year all of our meetings have been online. Each month there have a talk that is public and a zoom meeting for members only. You can see the YouTube presentations here.
Planning to attend meeting 4/20…will it be at Beechwood Farms? Also, have not received membership card..Thanks for help.
All the meetings this year are going to be virtual unless we say otherwise. We hope that the cultivation and Oct and Nov meetings are in person. If you are a new member this year you should receive you membership card shortly. If you were a member from last year the 2020 card is valid for this year too.
I have a photo of a HUGE mushroom found in a local cemetery. Where can i email it to possibly identify it?
Many thanks,
Connie Keay
If you are a club member and use facebook try posting to our group. iNaturalist is another good place to post pictures for identification. Or you can email me pictures. Ideal you should have a photos of both the top and underside of the mushroom.
