Today 7/29/25 a park ranger told me without a permit I couldn’t pick mushrooms in the parks even though I told him the Allegheny County Deputy Director of Parks Recreation told me I could. For the Licoff Foray do we have permission through a conversion or does the facility permit state we have permission?
