After a pleasant warm week seasonal weather arrived on the weekend. The snow that was forecast overnight did not materialize and the rain held off so we had a pleasant walk in the woods. We did not find much growing directly on the ground as there was a lot of leaf cover but we found plenty growing on the very damp rotting logs including 10 edibles all told.
