Big turnout for today’s Black Friday Mushroom Walk to benefit Camp Guyasuta. We had 24 people, from non-members to WPMC Mycologists. There was quite a freeze on the Thursday and many of the larger mushrooms that we found were frozen solid. There was a wide slection of crust and polypore mushrooms as long as the common late fall edible mushrooms.
Species list entered by Richard Jacob. Species identified by Adam Haritan, Richard Jacob, Judy Mackenroth, John Plischke III, Garrett Taylor, La Monte Yarroll and others.
