Eighteen people including two families took the Rachel Carson pontoon boat from the dock in Verona to Sycamore Island. Conditions were moderately dry, but we still found pretty good diversity. Everybody marveled at the smell of the Stinky Squid. We once again found Thuemenella cubispora, the mycroscopists’ favorite.
