What fungi! Foraging and cooking with wild mushrooms
On Saturday 18th of September Gretchen McKay from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette joined WPMC members for the Lincoff foray in North park. McKay reports on the event and the numerous foraging and cooking tips she picked up over the day. The article ends with 3 mushroom recipes. Read the article “What fungi! About The Author

Richard Jacob

I became more interested in mushrooms when I found morels growing in the backyard of my new house. After joining the club I have been sucked into the world of mycology. Since then I have combined my passions of science and mycology and started a DNA barcoding initiative.
